How do I go about purchasing Holloway products?
Holloway products can only be purchased through authorized dealers. To set up a Holloway account, please click here.
How do I find a dealer in my area?
Holloway dealers are located all across the country. To find a dealer in your area, you can call our Customer Care Representatives at 1-800-331-5156 or you can do a live chat with a representative from Monday – Friday, 8 am – 7 pm. Dealers are located via zip code closest to your location.
How do I set-up an account with Holloway?
Setting up an account with Holloway is easy. On our website, click the link in the upper right hand side of the page, Register for an Account and walk through the steps. Certificate of business and state appropriate tax forms will also need to be filled out and sent in.
What are your customer service hours and how do I contact?
Holloway Customer Care reps are available from 8 am to 7pm EST via phone at (800) 331-5156. Online ordering is available 24/7.
How do I return product?
To request a return, please visit our return authorization page and fill out the form.
How can I submit an order to Holloway? Do you offer on-line ordering?
Yes, we do offer 24/7 online ordering. When you sign up for an account with Holloway, you are assigned an account number. To log onto the website and order, use your Holloway account number beginning with H. Your initial password is the 10 digit phone number we have on file. If you have logged in previously and forget your password, click the Forgot your password link on the website. We have numerous options available for you to submit your orders to Holloway. To place your order over the phone with one of our Customer Service Reps, call (800) 331-5156 EST from 8 am – 7 pm EST, Monday – Friday. Email and fax is also available for order submission at or fax to (937) 497-8080.
What is the standard lead time for your products?  Blank stock vs. decorated.
For blank orders placed before 6:00 pm EST, it will ship out of our Sidney, Ohio Distribution Center the same day. For decorated orders, lead times vary by the process. Up to date lead times are published nightly on our Decoration website.
Do you offer samples? What is your sample program?
Holloway believes our quality sells itself and has a sample program to help you sell. Our sample policy gives you ½ off the net price for 1 piece of any product/color when you call in your sample order. You can return these items within 90 days of purchase without restocking fee. For sizing samples, when a range of sizes is needed, you can order any product/color at net price, but can be returned within 90 days of purchase for credit without restocking fee. At this time, samples cannot be ordered via the website for half off.
Does Holloway offer lines of credit?  What is the process to get approved?
Holloway does extend lines of credit to our customers. To initiate the process, you will need to fill out a credit application and send it back to our credit department. It may take up to 30 days before credit will be either given or denied. You can find a credit application on the customer care tab when you are logged into your account.
Does Holloway offer on-line bill pay?  How do I get signed up?

Holloway does offer online bill pay for our customers with Net terms. There are multiple ways to sign up, contact our credit department at 800-704-0076 ext.6416, email, or you can be set up online. You will need to have an open invoice to be able to begin the set up process.
