CUSTOM SUBLIMATION GUARANTEE

The Holloway Custom+ Sublimation service guarantee is Holloway’s commitment to ship custom sublimation orders on time. If Holloway ships a sublimation order late, you are entitled to receive your next sublimation order of equal or lesser value FREE of charge.

Standard orders submitted without any custom art and/or logo are guaranteed to ship in 4 weeks (or 20 business days) or less.

Orders with Custom Art elements such as customer supplied logos, special characters or symbols, etc. are guaranteed to ship from Holloway within 5 weeks (or 25 business days) or less. For Custom Art orders, the 5 week guarantee begins upon artwork approval.

Eligibility for this guarantee requires that a customer be in good standing and the order is correctly submitted using the online uniform builder. Orders submitted by fax, phone or email are ineligible for the offer.

Lead time calculations start the next business day for orders placed after 3pm Eastern Standard Time.

To receive free product under this offer, Customers must submit a request in writing within 15 days of receiving the prior order that shipped late. Requests should be sent to orders@hollowayusa.com. Free product must be ordered within 6 months of the prior order ship date.

This offer has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. It is not valid when combined with any other Holloway promotional offers. Holloway reserves the right to change production times and rules for this promotion at any time.

Holloway is not responsible for any late shipment as a result of Acts of God, weather delays, shipper error or delays, United States or Mexican legal holidays, border security issues and other events beyond our control. Holloway reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse any order which it in good faith determines cannot be filled within the guarantee period.

Custom Sublimation Sample Policy

Holloway Sportswear is committed to producing high quality custom sublimation garments. It is important to us to showcase the Holloway difference with an aggressive and flexible sample policy. You have three different opportunities to order samples:

  • Standard Builder Sample - Create your own sample on the builder for 50% off dealer price. It will ship in 4 weeks. No LTM You must note that this is a sample order in the comments.
  • Standard Builder Sample Expedited - Create your own sample on the builder and have it delivered in 2 weeks. You will pay net price and must note this is a 2 week sample in the order comments.
  • Pre-Selected Sublimation Samples - These will ship same day and are 50% off MSRP price. You can shop these by navigating the collections page and by selecting the showroom option then custom sublimated.
  • Custom Artwork Samples - Regular price and ships 5 weeks from the time art is approved. No LTM charge. Custom artwork charges apply. Rush fees apply, if applicable.

Custom Sublimation Terms and Conditions

RUSH FEES:

Custom art lead times start at the time art is approved by the customer. All lead times are contingent upon the customer producing an accurate order on the builder or upon final approval of artwork. Sublimation guarantee lead time does not change for expedited orders. If an expedited order is late, but still within the guarantee, only the charge to expedite will be refunded. All rush orders are contingent on factory approval.

PRICES:

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Sidney, Ohio, United Parcel Service shipping charges include insurance plus handling fee. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SALES AGREEMENT:

All orders are subject to factory acceptance. Custom sublimation orders may not be cancelled. No returns will be accepted without return authorization.

ORDER PROCESS AND ONLINE CUSTOM SUBLIMATION BUILDER:

Orders will only be accepted that are created using the online custom sublimation builder.  The visual rendering in the online builder serves as the customer art proof.  By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the user accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied.  Holloway Sportswear is not responsible for garments produced with typos, misspellings, or any other inaccurate information provided by the user through the uniform builder. Please double check information for accuracy.

MINIMUMS:

Holloway will produce any size custom sublimation order. A minimum order charge will be assessed for all orders of 3 pieces or less. Please see the price list for details.

TERMS:

Our normal terms are net 30 days with prior credit approval. A credit application form is available upon request. Past due invoices will be assessed an interest charge of 2% per month, 24% annual rate. We also accept Visa®, Discover®, MasterCard®, or American Express®.  There is no surcharge or extra processing fee for credit card payment. All other accounts will be shipped C.O.D. All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.

UNCLAIMED C.O.D. SHIPMENTS:

Any refused C.O.D. shipment is subject to freight charges and a 15% restocking fee. These charges will be added to the next order and may be subject to prepayment prior to shipping.

RETURNS:

Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon delivery. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 30 days of order shipment. Requests for returns must be made within thirty days from date of shipment. Returns on custom sublimation will only be accepted due to a manufacturer’s error.  No returns allowed without factory authorization.

WARRANTY:

Holloway Sportswear’s, Inc. guarantees all products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. This Performance Promise warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

All shipments should be verified to be the correct merchandise ordered before product is decorated. This includes third-party shipments. No returns will be accepted once merchandise has been decorated.

Use of custom logos/custom designs:

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer authorizes Holloway Sportswear, Inc. to utilize any artwork or design submitted in the creation of custom garments for advertising purposes, including, but not limited to samples, email, photography and other catalog/printed collateral.
